About Us:

We are not just another insurance agency. We are an independant insurance agency and we work hard to give you the service you need. We represent MORE than just one company. We give you choices and options. We do all we can to provide you with the best policies while trying to save you money. Insurance is necessary. Insurance can be expensive. We try to make it easy and less expensive.

It is our mission to provide service which adds value to your insurance. We work for YOU, and with YOU, to help YOU.

It is in my opinion that we have the best office staff there is. They work very hard, are very dedicated, and care about helping you, anyway they can.

Company history:

Our company was established in 1965 by my father (LaMar), with unending support from my mother (Carol). My father worked tirelessly to grow the business. His business started in the basement of his first home. Later, an addition was added to the residence to be an "official" office. When our family moved to another home it was decided the business could no longer stay in the prior home. We moved to our current office location in 1980. We have been in this location ever since and have no plans of moving to another location. With technology, we should remain in our current location for a long time. LaMar retired in 1989, and then I, Troy L. Metcalf, and our staff worked the business for LaMar, until Troy (LaMar and Carol's son), purchased the business in 1998.

Started working in agency in October 1983. Purchased agency from LaMar Metcalf in January 1998.

Janet, works with our Bear River Mutual Insurance Company clients. She has been with employed with the agency now for 35 years.
